Mailchimp API doesn’t sync

I still can’t get the Mailchimp to sync. Does it sync instantly or do we have to wait for it to sync. I have waited about 2 hours. I have followed the instructions on this thread https://villatheme.com/supports/topic/mailchimp-emails-not-syncing/page/2/#post-120741

I have attached my settings here. Please help.
