Many issues with the migration proccess

Hi team, today I’ve purchase the W2S – Migrate WooCommerce to Shopify.

I’ve create the API in my shopify store and start the migration.

I’ve face the following issues:
1 Major issue: my 2678 variable products do not start the migration for no reason, just waiting for hours without results.

2. Orders migrate successfully but only a part of them are migrate (9 from 1367 total orders).

Do you have a solution from the above or it’s better to refund and cancel my order?
