mass remove in up-sell list

by mistake, i added all products in up-sell list. ALL products!!! Allmost 9.000! I did this with the bulk add upp-sell button

Now, i need to remove these. I want to set this in just a few products, not in all of them.

product by product, it is a really pain.

I need to mass remove them. How can i do this? I can not see an option like this.
