Migrating from Woocommerce Product Reviews PRO, to Yours

I already use official woocommerce product review plugin, but I want to use yours instead. I’m trying to export, then import but it’s not working.

I notice that, it looks like your plugin will automatically pull in previous reviews (from woo review pro) however there are no images.

I need help please

I don’t want to share site details right now I would rather know how to do this myself unless there is something really technical needed
