Mismatch Between Animation and Prize Text

Hello,

We recently purchased the WordPress Lucky Wheel plugin to conduct prize draws on our website. We encountered a problem where a participant won a gift card according to the animation, but the accompanying text showed a code instead of the card.

Description of the issue:

Participant: Peeter
Date: 23.06.2024 19:14
Animation showed: Gift Card 200€ / Kinkekaart 200€
Prize text: Kupong -10%(KINGITUS24)

The participant is demanding the gift card, based on the animation. We are attaching evidence (screenshots) showing the discrepancy between the animation and the text.

Please assist us in resolving this issue and correcting the system error to prevent such discrepancies in the future.
