Missing Account activation and Payment received email type and sample.

Hi all with the Premium Version i’m missing the account activation mail and the payment received email type and sample. With the free Version it’s there. I have already installed and uninstalled both versions several times. No matter what I do, in the free version the email types are there and as soon as I install premium they are missing. Links are missing too.

I would also like to add the account activation button from germanized pro. Is there a way to do this?
