Missing items

Hello

I just bought the plugin but I have some issues with the plugin.

1) Translation: POEdit Pro give me 133 strings to translate, but not all translated strings appear when the file is uploaded.
2) Image files for Information icons and Social icons are missing/do not show.
3) Can Twitter icon be removed from the social list? (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
4) How can the width of the e-mail template be change to a wider form.
