missing svg

Hello,

In my server 404 logs I see an entry that relates to the Cart All in One plugin.

The plugin requires the following file:
/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-cart-all-in-one/assets/nav-icons/nav-icons.svg
That does not exist in the package.

Please advise where I can find this file and also make sure that in the next version you will include it in your release.
