modifying the top bar to include an additional cta

Hi
The plugin is great! But I am having to replace the site’s existing top bar with the new free shipping top bar. Ideally, the top bar would be slider that displays both the free shipping messages and the newsletter signup call to action, Is this possible? Is there, for instance, shortcode for the free shipping messages I can insert into my existing top bar as a slide?

Please let me know if this is possible. Thanks
