Multi Currency does not work as expected – Assist please

Attached are some of the pictures elaborating the problem.

1. Desktop – When a product is added to cart the converted price does not show up.

The issue fixes when the cart is refreshed or “View Cart” button is hit or “In cart” page.

2. Mobile – Same issue occurs with mobile.
