Multi Currency in header and cache plugin

Hi I bought your multi currency swithcer and I do like it, but I am having some issues.

First I would like to ask how I put the Currency Switcher in the header or top bar? I am using Ocean WP theme. Is there a snippet or something I can use?

Next I tried using w3 Super Cache earlier and it worked fine until I noticed that the currencies doesn’t switch in the widgets panel and in the related products. How do I configure the cache plugin to ignore thoes?
