Multi Currency Premium not working after update

I recently updated multi currency premium by deactivating and removing the old plugin and installing the new one – i was not able to update it via “update plugin”.
Now the plugin does not work: the multicurrency page is inactive, cannot access any of the tabs or sliders. Please help urgently as it is affecting my online shop.

Additionally, when I login to villatheme to check if there is a new plugin, no downloads are available. I click verify with envato and nothing happens. I bought this plugin a few months ago, all should be well!
