multicurrency checkout refreshing

Hello, For some time I had this issue hoping it would be solved on any update but it hasnt.
The problem is that after a user changes country in the checkout, the website starts refreshing due to the automatic currency change.
This problem is related to some cookie or some temp information regarding the first currency showed, but after the country is changed, the system starts to reboot.

To replicate the error on my site please try to check a product in ARS (Argentina) and then change the country in the checkout to a different currency EUROS (Spain / ESPAÑA )
