Multicurrency Plugin (currency not changing with respective payment gateways)

I am using CURCY – WooCommerce Multi Currency Premium plugin in my woo commerce store,

I have setup 2 different payment gateways
1. mpaisa
2. paypal

I have set currency by payment method,
1. mpaisa – FJD
2. Paypal- USD

My default payment gateway is mpaisa. So when I checkout, the default currency is in FJD,
When I change the payment gateway to PAYPAL, the currency changes to usd, However, when I change back to Mpaisa, the currency stays in USD and does not change to FJD.
