multisite ALD order sync issue

Hi, I have this plug in attached to a wordpress multisite. The main site with all products where I have the plug in is nicknacksAU.com.au. I then have a couple sub sites which sync products from that main site and also sync orders. Everything is working except the ALD plug in isn’t showing orders from the woocommerce of nicknacksau.

So the following works:
-Products are pushed based on category to my other two sites from nicknacksau
-Customer orders on campingnicknacks.com.au
-Order appears on campingnicknacks.com.au and syncs to nicknacksAU
– I then go to nicknacksAU orders and see all orders from my various stores there. I am able to click “To order” from the woo screen, I can see the product is properly mapped. What I cant see though is the order in ALD where i can use the bulk order function. It just isn’t syncing.

What is the underlying function that syncs woo orders to ALD orders? What is the criteria required
