My Auto country detection not working

Hi,
I have auto detection configured but it’s not working. I’m in argentina and always show me the default currency. I have created a rule for ARS for Argentine.

Also I want create a selector in the sticky sidebar. I know that you have shorcode for it but I can’t use it, I need the php code to insert it in the theme child editor because the theme doesn’t have widget there.
