My bulk reviews will not import!! URGENT

Hi, I had my reviews imported in to our site on a second Administrator account. Their account was deleted by mistake which removed all of our photos!! I am trying to re-import all of our photo reviews, but after repeated attempts, we get the message “0 Reviews imported”. Is there anything we can do?? I am willing to pay for support on this if needed. We REALLY NEED these photos posted back!! Thank you for your help!!!!
