My store uses Custom Statuses – I want to trigger emails on status change

We dont just use Processing / Complete. We use Processing / Reviewed / In Production / Part Shipped / Shipped.

I want to send a special emails on these status changes. How do I do this? I see you have “a default template” – which I can fire for one of these. But I need lots more. Can you help?
