need to change something

Hi, look I purchase and install this plugin for this website:

The problem is that for this website is only needed for upsales, so when I click a product and upsell pop ups, the design doesnt look good it doesnt say “ok” or “buy” or “select” look image attached : it only have a gray buttom.. look image for more information. please help.
