Negotiation of point amount

Dear villatheme team,
I stumbled upon your EPOI plugin, looking for an affordable alternative to myCred, for a non profit platform. One of the most important features I need is a negotiation option between two parties regarding the amount of points for a service. Also I will need at least two different point types (actually three) and I would need decimal points. Further I need to give the points a name. Please let me know if your plugin supports this functions. Thank you very much in advance for the support.

P.S.: Do you need a translation of the strings in german?
