New Order Priority Mail System not working

I created the template on the new order email, and I want to send the new order notifications with my customized template to the admin only for certain product categories.
I have created the new order template and added the product categories to which I need to send the email to the admin. If someone orders the product of the mentioned category, it works fine, but if someone orders from another category, the woocommerce default email is triggered.

I must trigger this new order email only for my particular product category. Please help me with that. I tried setting this template priority to 1 but still it is causing issue.
