no carts recovered

I first purchased this plugin in May 2024. I believe it was working in the past. It has definitely been sending out abandoned cart emails, although for some reason according to the report for the last 365 days, it only started sending emails in November 2024. Also according to that report, not a single cart has been recovered (see “no abandoned carts recovered.png”). That is not good. I tried submitting a support request for the existing plugin, but it would not let me because the support expired in November 2024, and there was no way to renew the support. So now I repurchased the plugin vie Envato/Codecanyon and I am submitting a support request. I tried to install this new version of the plugin, but it failed. That is not what I want to do anyway. I just want to get support for and get the existing plugin working properly.
