envato_devkrkParticipantGood morning,
It later turned out that there is a currency issue on the store when accessing it from a different language.
The store uses WordPress/WooCommerce + Polylang + WP Rocket. In WP Rocket, we’ve mostly ruled out a possible conflict with currency conversion.I’ll try to describe it briefly:
if you search on Google for, say, “GPĚSTOVACÍ LAMPA S ČASOVAČEM A STOJANEM PRO PĚST ROSTLIN, BÍLÁ, 4 HLAVICE SE ZMĚNOU SPEKTRA, STMÍVAČ, SAMSUNG LED” into Google and click on the lamp’s link, it says 290 crowns, but it costs 290 PLN, so there should be many more crownsCustomers see incorrect prices on foreign websites, i.e., the lamp costs 350 PLN in the Polish store, but a woman from the Czech Republic sees it priced at 350 korunas, which is about 70 euros instead of 350 PLN. Nothing was changed on the store’s end—no settings, etc. I checked the store’s settings and switched from the Polish version to other languages—there was a problem there as I reported, but it turns out it was resolved at the time by changing the language. However, if someone accesses the site via direct SEO from a Czech link, they still see the incorrect prices.
For example, if you go to the Polish store and switch to the Czech version, the correct prices in CZK appear, but if you go to a direct Google link for a lamp in the Czech version—as I mentioned above, typing in a search phrase and clicking through—the prices are listed in PLN but displayed in CZK.
I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
Best regards, and please reply.
