No field for “Ship to a different address”

Hi,
I am using Cart All In One to have a checkout sidebar. However, In the Billing Details, if the user wants to have a different shipping address from the billing address, there is no field for them to field in the infromation.

Step to reproduce:
1. Go to the shop and click Add to Cart
2. Open the SideBar Cart and click Checkout
3. Tick “Ship to a different address?”
