It seems the Plug-In has been abandoned although it basically works fine except for some hiccups:
– review and support links outdated. Error 404
– No Support Forum on Website
– Variable product label shows as the “Add to cart” button not just “when all variations of a variable product are Pre-Order”
– availability date text/No date Message doesn’t show on product page, only in the cart.
