no plugin found, installation failed

Downloaded the plugin after purchase with a year’s support. Before uploading, I removed the free plugin. But the plugin installer says
” The package could not be installed.
No valid plugins were found.
Plugin installation failed. ”

I need support please.

PS. I cant give my credentials, Kindly walk through the steps to resolve the issue or update the plugin please.
