No Review e-mail received by customer

Hi There,

I’m sure it’s me; how many days after an order is placed does the plugin send an E-mail to the customer for a review of our product? Also, where is the setting for that? So I can change it to 10 days after the order?

Under the review reminder tab, should this be on or off “Review reminder.”
