Not all customers being migrated correctly

I’m running a migration on my site. Shopify is showing that I have 250 customers, when I run the import I get the following message:

[2020-03-17 01:37:34] Imported customers successfully, total: 267

However, the Woocommerce Customers panel is only showing “72 Customers” (it was 42 earlier). The Users page is showing “Customer (264)”, so it’s closer to being correct but not quite right.

I’ve tried clearing the cache directory and re-running the import but it’s still the same. What should I try next? Thanks.
