Not displaying

My plugin was working fine last week with two options (GBP and EUR) available for customers.

Now the box on the left hand side is no longer appearing and I cannot switch currencies on the site which means that my customers are not able to place orders.

No matter what options I choose it won’t come back, I have deleted my cache, tried new browsers, deactivated and reactivated the plugin to no success.
