Not recognized code Wp Free Shipping Bar – Customer Orden en casa (Spain)

Hi,
We activated license for the plugin Wp Free Shipping Bar on August and we are trying to update the plugin but the key code that I have found on the website seems to be not correct. I attach two documents where you can see a scrrenshot of our website where the key is not found and another one with the key code appeared on your website and our license until 9 february 2024. Also I attach some documents of the purchase on august.
