not working with wholesale

I have installed the CURCY – WooCommerce Multi Currency Premium to work with WooCommerce Wholesale Pro by Barn2. The CDN cost is $20.99. The USD cost is $17.99 I have loaded a USD price into the Regular Price (USD)field of WooCommerce Product set up. I have selected fixed cost. When i am selecting items for check out and I switch the currency and it changes the cost from CAD $20.99 to USD $20.99. If I go to the cart the cost shows as USD $17.99. There is no option to switch currencies once in the cart. How do I get to show the $17.99 prior to checking out? It’s very confusing to our customers.
