Number of reviews not updating

When I add over reviews, I go to the product page and the reviews show up. But the review count is not updating on the product page or under the reviews tab.

If you go to this page, we 14 reviews shown, but the tab says 3 reviews and the product area says 3 reviews.

Any way to fix this?
