Old emails temp[late is sent

Hi
Your plugin is GREAT!
I customized Customer New Order email and it worked very good. Love it.
It seems that i clicked or select something in the email type drop down combo list and from that point the customer is receiving the old original email template.
In the editor i can see my design but customer is getting something else.
What did i do wrong? It seems that i am missing something.
Please help me.
