One of the selected items from same seller is shipping “unavailable”

    I have a customer who has purchased 3 items, in 2 different colors. Both are in stock at my Aliexpress seller. But one of them is marked as shipping unavailable. It does not make any sense. I have double-checked and it is possible to ship both items to the customer and it is in stock.

    Also, how can I make so the shipping gets selected first Aliexpress Saver Shipping and 2nd if not available Standard Shipping automaticly when a order is made. Because now everything is set to Standard at first and I cant find anywhere to change that. Thanks
