Only customers who bought this product can leave a review.

Yesterday I wrote about the issue with not being able to leave comments. That setting is disabled for me. I set up a test payment, and the purchase is confirmed in the admin panel. When a user buys a product, they should be able to leave a review, but now it says ‘Only customers who bought this product can leave a review.’ I attached screenshots of the problem. I disabled all other plugins so you can find the issue. For testing, I unpacked an old backup from 2022 where this function works fine
