Opt-in for Review reminder

Hi, in Europe there is a Law. we need the user to OPT-in before reciving Review reminder.

Can you please add this option? so that the customer can check a checkbox at checkout if he wants to recive a review reminder? the , if checked the box he will automatically recive reminder. if not checked, he will not recive remidner.
