Options greyed out

Hi,

I have just installed the plugin and cannot enable it or enable auto update or update or change any of the settings in the plugin.

Tried the admin area in firefox and chrome and disabled wp rocket and a few other plugins to check for conflicts but it did not make any difference, all plugins and wordpress are up to date.
