Order bump and upsell not working

Hi there,
I’ve been trying to get my order bump and upsell features to work but they don’t seem to.
The bump feature shows up, but when I click it to test, not only does the total not update but the final order does not either.

The upsell page does not seem to show up, either, though I’ve created it.
