Order by POS cannot be track by affiliatesoftware

Hi, Im using postaffiliatepro for affiliate tracking, when using POS with coupon code, whereas the coupon code should be using as tracking for the affiliate, it not convert the sales made by POS.

When purchase normally via website.com/checkout and input the coupon, it work just fine.

I wanted to know if any in webpos that I can set the tracking script, to make sure the coupon code are triggered.
