Dear Support,
We have seen a few orders fail In USD and noticed the following error message in the order in the back-end of WooCommerce:
“This order created when multi currency disabled, so base currency and rate is current info”
We did not ‘disable’ multi-currency but it sounds as if WooCommerce seems to think it was disabled.
Have you seen this before and what could be the cause?
