Order import routine doesn't complete

I seem to be encountering issues importing from Shopify to WP, namely, it reaches a certain amount of orders imported and then seems to get stuck in a loop… I can tell this by looking at the logs:

[2019-10-02 18:48:20] error 500 : error

Would you be able to let me know how I could resolve this, OR have the ability to find out details of the 500 error.
