Order number and refund date not sync

Hello
Yesterday i purchased the plugin and started migrating from shopify to woocommerce.
After the process completed we observed 2 issues.
1- Order number are different in shopify and woocommerce and they are not the same.
2- All refund dates changed to yesterday and as the result, 257 people received a new email from woocommerce about their refund which caused too many troubles for the company.

So i would like to know how to fix these issues.
