Order Tracking Page deleted ! Cant recover

Hello there,

I try to create an custom carrier and when i test a tracking number with the order tracking page synced with aftership, It does not show tracking infomartion as usual instead it show the optioon to choose the carrier and stuck there. I realize the problem and deleted the custom carrier, but the problem still there. I then try to delete the plug-in and re-install but the problem still remains.
So i try to delete the “order tracking” page to fix the problem and now i can not even recover the “order tracking” page that your plug-in always links to.

Please help me with this problem. Attaced is the image with the problem i mentiooned above
