Orders not importing

Hi,

I have been using this plugin successfully for a few weeks now, and was using eBayLink to sync products and orders to and from eBay.

I changed from eBaylink to Codisto which seems to be working well but I received an order yesterday via eBay – Codisto which has synced to my Woocommerce Orders but is not appearing in Ali Orders. I therefore can’t use the fulfill option in Ali Orders.

Can you please assist with getting the new Woo order into Ali Orders. Thanks.
