Orders using Paypal payments on Hold

    I have enabled AUD, USD, NZD, EUR, CAD and GBP on our website.

    However, I noticed that there are orders that are ON HOLD and all of them are being paid in NZD and USD using Paypal.

    Is there anything that we missed on the plugin setup?
