Padding and/or margins are missing in email and preview

It seems that there is some issues with padding and/or margins when template is edited.

Plugin version is 1.0.0.6

Attached images:
“Capture-Editor”, as you can see, template is fine in editor window. There is margins and it looks as it should be.
But in “Capture-Email” or “Capture-Preview” there is no ‘padding’ in edge of white area and text. So it looks terrible.

This issue can be seen in ‘preview’ mode.
