Pagination on product page to reduce load time ?

Hello,
I well read the documentation, but i can’t find anything about this. I could see that there is a “pagination” option in the elementor widget but it looks to apply only for “reviews page”. How about the product page reviews TAB ?
Is there a way to prevent ALL reviews to load on page loading ? TThat would be great of there were a pagination feature that’d load only 10 or 15 reviews maximum on page load, and then visitors would need to click “view more” if they need so.
Here, GTmetrix and Pingdom tools count hundred of requests because of reviews.
