Paypal button not showing when country change.

Hi,

I am using your plugin for a few months previously its working fine but for past 2 months I am facing an issue when I change country on the checkout page didn’t refresh which result in not showing the Paypal button but when I refresh manually it shows the Paypal button whereas previously whenever I change country page refreshes automatically and show Paypal button on Paypal enable countries. This only happens when I change the country from a Paypal disabled country to a Paypal enabled country. Like in our case Pakistan is the only country in which Paypal is not enabled so when I change the country for example to the USA it didn’t show a Paypal button. Why is that so please help.
