Photo reviews plugin not working

Hi,

I would like a refund on the Photo Reviews plugin I just purchased, as it has not been working correctly.

Firstly, I was not made aware that I would need to download a separate extension and import products through it, in order to download reviews. This was problematic as I already had a number of existing products, and found out after purchase that I could not upload reviews from Ali Express for them.

I then downloaded the extension (which was an unclear process) and imported a product through it from Ali Express, along with reviews. However, when I viewed the product page I found that it had completely malfunctioned. The rating number that is supposed to appear next to the stars was no longer there. The tabs ‘additional information’ and ‘reviews’ that were next to the ‘description’ tab had disappeared. And when clicking around the area, it opened links to Ali Express products.

On top of this, on viewing the page for an existing product, I found that the reviews section had also completely crashed. The existing reviews that were there have now completely disappeared, and when I attempt to click on the reviews section the page reloads.

There is either something wrong with the plugin or there are compatibility issues that were not disclosed beforehand. I also did not want to upload and fulfil orders using the extension I had to download, as I already had a system in place.

I’d appreciate it if you could provide a solution to these issues or a refund.
