netminedParticipantHi Lavender,
This topic is actually a reply to your last message in the “Upgrading existing Woocommerce reviews to Woocommerce photo reviews” from two weeks ago. For some reason, we were not able to post a reply to it anymore, even though it’s open.
For your reference, this was your last reply to us:
Hello netmined,
Thank you for your reply.
I checked on your site on mobile, verified owner shows normally, see the attachment.is there any way to also add the badge or a tick next to the “verified” word and to change the font/text type of “verified”?
Please go to the Reviews tab > Verified owner, you can only choose one of those: badges or text, see this: https://prnt.sc/1si70jw
To change the font of the verified text, please go to Reviews tab, add this custom CSS, alter your desired font in CSS respectively.em.woocommerce-photo-reviews-verified{
font-family: {font_name};
}
Yours Sincerely,
Lavender VuSo here is our reply:
Hello Lavender,
Thank you very much for your reply and the code snippet and our sincere apologies for the late reply to your message.
Regarding the code snippet to change the font, we were able to change it but for some reason, the font is still appearing italic and the word “VERIFIED OWNER” appears right next to the letter of the customer’s surname, without any space like in this example:
Is the any way to change this and to add a space after the person’s name and before the words “VERIFIED OWNER”? And also to make the font straight rather than italic?
Regarding having the badge symbol as well as the “VERIFIED OWNER” text next to each other, we actually found out about your plugin from a website which has this plugin set up in this way right now. See here:
Do you know how we can achieve this – to add the tick badge next to the text?
A final question, we have been trying to add photos to our reviews but no matter what we do, the photos are rendering too big on the page. We have tried reducing the pixel size of the photos but this just made them more blurry and pixelated. Here is an example:
The problem seems to be that the size at which the photo is being rendered is too big – more than twice the size of the original pixels. See here:
We have tried reducing the container size in Woocommerce settings but this did not help. Could you please let us know how and where we can adjust the container size for the review photos so that they are not so large?
Many thanks in advance for your help, we really appreciate it.
